Malco® Aviation “Mini” Snips – Left and Right Cutting Offset

  • With an overall length of only 7-1/8 inches (181 mm), the AVsMini easily goes to work in tight or awkward spaces where full-size aviation snips are challenged. A 3/4 inch (19 mm) length of cut provides the optimum speed for confined cutting applications where this small, maneuverable snip excels. Each snip is made with forged steel jaws that contain precision-ground serrations on the lower blade, which produces a sharply defined edge for cutting accuracy and control.

TurboShear® Automotive – Double Cut Drill Attachment

  • Make your drill a double-cut metal shear. Now you can get double-cut performance in a Versatile Malco TurboShear. The versatile model TSMD1 TurboShear Drill Attachment fits a corded or cordless drill you already own. The blades of the Malco Double-Cut TurboShears remove a narrow spiral scrap from the tool path to produce a clean, straight edge on both sides of the cut. These blades can approach a cut from either end to produce a quality work-piece edge. And you can easily disengage Malco Double-Cut Blades from the cutting path or quickly re-engaged to continue cutting. The long lasting carbon steel blades are also easily replaced on the job.

TurboShear® – Double Cut, Pneumatic

  • Now you can get double-cut performance in a versatile Malco TurboShear. The 2600 RPM (2600 TR/Min) model TSMDA TurboShear Air Tool is compatible with your existing air supply and offers maximum power and speed in a double-cut style shear. The blades of Malco Double-Cut TurboShears remove a narrow spiral scrap from the tool path to produce a clean, straight edge on both sides of the cut. These blades can approach a cut from either end to produce a quality work-piece edge. They can also navigate up to 90° outside profiles of metal roofing panels, or metal ductwork, and are beefy enough to cut through seams. And you can easily disengage Malco Double-Cut Blades from the cutting path or quickly re-engaged to continue cutting. The long lasting carbon steel blades are also easily replaced on the job.

TurboShear® – Corrugated Metal Roof Cutting Drill Attachment

  • Cutting corrugated metal roofing is easier with Malco’s TSCM TurboShear. This attachable shear works better and faster than manual metal roofing shears. The Malco TSCM makes easy cross cuts, fast lengthwise cuts, and precise circular and square outlet cuts. Corrugated metal roofing and common trapezoidal (box) pattern metal roofing panels, can easily be cut with the TSCM. The Elongated blades are made with compact jaws to create a steep 75° offset so that the drill is held at a nearly vertical approach when starting a cut. As these offset blades follow the rising angle of a corrugated or trapezoidal profile, the drill handle or battery pack has clearance to naturally tip downward and still clear the roofing panel surface.

High Leverage Drip Edge Folding Tools

  • Big 24-inch (61 cm) and compact 18-inch (46 cm) Drip Edge Folding Tools make quick bends along the drip edge of flat-pan standing seam metal roofing panels. Two rib-reinforced steel plates are permanently welded together to create two folding seams for making 1-inch (25.4 mm) and 1-1/2-inch (38.1 mm) deep bends in maximum 22-gauge (0.76 mm) steel.  A two-post-design, fiberglass reinforced nylon handle offers durable, lightweight strength and high leverage for working overhead or on a bench.
A Malco three-station edge roller tool with a black ergonomic handle, brass spring-loaded posts, stainless steel adjustable thumb screws, and cylindrical rolling dies mounted on a metal base plate.

3-Station Edge Roller

  • The ER3 3-Station Metal Edge Roller ensures a uniform bend along the entire length of roofing material. The tool quickly adjusts for making 5/8” to 4” (15.9-102 mm) bends in 29-22 gauge (0.36-0.76 mm) steel. The center roller station of the ER3 Metal Edge Roller features a precision English/Metric depth gauge on one shaft leg that, when locked in place at desired setting, accurately aligns the depth of all roller stations. Large, comfortable adjustment knobs hold depth setting securely. Malco’s ER3 Metal Edge Roller also adjusts for making curved bends! The center roller station is independently adjustable, with outer roller stations retracted and locked, to allow for bending on a curve. Made for durability on the field to create fast crisp, clean bends, the Malco ER3 is a must have metal roofing tool!
