Buckeye’s Metal Building Package Process
We’ve worked hard to develop an easy-for-you pole barn process. Bring your ideas and building dimensions, and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll price and supply you with all the metal and accessories you need, and we’ll also determine and price your lumber.
With those prices in hand, you can move forward. We price our lumber through Ridgeview Lumber (Mt. Perry) and then give you the list—without any markup. You can either get your lumber from Ridgeview or take your list to your preferred lumber center and purchase it there. (Your price may differ, but you’ll have the list.)
Metal from us and lumber from your preferred supplier. This keeps things simple, gives you flexibility, and lets you purchase lumber at your cost.
Our Building Package Process
1. CONTACT US
Call or email us about your metal pole barn project. We’ll be happy to talk and get the conversation going.
2. WE’LL REVIEW YOUR LUMBER NEEDS
Once we determine your lumber needs, we’ll develop a price list from Ridgeview Lumber. If you wish to work with another supplier, you can still use the lumber list to get your own quote. In either case, we do not mark up your lumber price.
3. RECEIVE A FULL PROJECT QUOTE
We’ll give you a price for metal and lumber (when applicable). This price will contain no hidden fees or markups.
4. COORDINATE DELIVERY OR PICKUP
Our team will make sure your metal and accessories arrive on the day you need them. In most cases, metal can be ready for pickup the same day or for delivery the next day.
5. FINAL CONFIRMATION
Buckeye’s metal team will work with you to ensure the metal components we assemble will work the lumber you’ve chosen.
Helpful, Transparent Pricing
It’s important to us that people know and trust our pricing. That’s why we’re transparent about our process.
When you contact us with your goals, we will work up specific numbers. We’ll factor in your choice of accessories and metal panel style (such as standing seam or Aristolath) to give you clear numbers on the metal portion of your project. Then we’ll develop a lumber list and supplier-direct prices for that as well. We do not mark up your lumber or have hidden fees. What we quote is what your costs will be.
Why Our Process Works
Our company focus is metal roofing and siding. We’re not a full lumber yard, and we don’t claim to be specialists in lumber. But we want to make your pole building as easy as possible.
So rather than supply you the lumber directly (which would mean we’d need to mark it up), we develop your lumber list and let you work directly with your chosen supplier. This saves you time and calculations, gives you choice and flexibility, and keeps your costs lower. You also get to work directly with your lumber supplier, which simplifies your process and gives you access to experts.
