Do you get what you pay for? According to Joe Hershberger, you do with Buckeye Metal Sales. Hershberger is the owner of J & C Roofing in Londonderry, Ohio, and has high praise for his experience as a Buckeye customer.

He admits that he may spend a bit more when buying from Buckeye, but also that he’s happy to do so because his dollars bring him more than just roofing supplies. Hershberger says, “You can’t beat them as far as their delivery and customer service. It’s just phenomenal.”

Residential roofing is J & C’s primary focus, but they also do some commercial projects as well as pole barns. As a result, the company uses lots of 3’ standard panels and standing seam panels, both of which Hershberger sees as great products.

Having access to quality materials gives him peace of mind–and so does the fact that delivery mistakes are rare. He almost never runs into a problem or comes up short. And while he always tries to order in advance, he is grateful that Buckeye keeps coming through even on last-minute orders. He can order something in the morning, and Buckeye will have it there the same day or early the next morning— ”they’re on it,” he says.

To Hershberger, Buckeye’s care covers the bases. It doesn’t matter whether he’s interacting  with purchasing, delivery, or billing— he says they are just “very good with their customers.” For J & C Roofing, doing business with Buckeye is worth every penny.
