In Consideration for extensions of credit, the undersigned agrees that Buckeye Metal Sales LLC may apply a service charge on past-due accounts not to exceed 2% per month (24% per annum) or the maximum rate allowed by law. All purchases are covered by the terms and conditions of Buckeye Metal Sales LLC. The applicant agrees to pay all collection costs, court costs, legal fees, and administrative expenses incurred in collection any past-due amounts.
The applicant grants permission for any person or reporting agency to furnish credit and banking information as requested.
All invoices are to be paid per approved payment terms.
